A: Lead time varies per product. Please contact Customer Service for specific product lead times and for rush shipments.

Q: Does a warranty come with all parts from

A: expressly warrants that its parts carry a 1 year warranty from date of shipment, for failure or defect of workmanship. Insulated Glass carries a 10 year warranty for breach of all hermitic seal.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call to discuss instructions on returning your product(s) and sending you a replacement. Please note you must first call (800) 456.7788 to receive an "RGA" (Return Good Authorization Number) in order for us to properly process your return. If you think the product is damaged due to shipping, please be sure to sign the delivery receipt – DAMAGED. All components being returned that are neither damaged nor malfunctioning will require a 30% restocking fee.

Q: Are your parts universal? / Will your parts fit my existing door?

A: This will vary per part. In the description on each product page there is a list showing compatible door models, or you may also search by “MODELS” in the main navigation, to see what parts are compatible with your particular door model.
